HAZELSON LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (HAZELSON LLP) is an LLP Firm incorporated under the India Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 (LLP Act, 2008). The Registered Office address of the Firm is KAMI KWTHAR, QUARTERS MARKET, NEAR FERRANDO CENTRE, NANDAN NAGAR, AGARTALA, TRIPURA, INDIA - 799006. The Firm is strategically located in the North-Eastern part of India - the region that shares borders with Bangladesh, China and South-East Asian countries. These countries offer tremendous opportunities for growth for us - there is huge untapped market that is just waiting to be exploited. With Indian Govt's "Look East Policy" focusing on integrating India's North-Eastern region with the larger markets in the Far East and South-East Asia, we believe we are at the right moment now to seize the opportunities presented to us . We believe that huge untapped economic potential of North-East India can be realized with the right plan, tools, processes and techniques that a Firm like ours have. We believe we are at the right time of this huge economic growth story that is unraveling for the North-Easter region of India.

HAZELSON LLP SINCE 2019

Mr. Madhab Deb Barma, a United States of America(USA)-based Business Consultant, is the primary initiator, challenger and driver behind the formation of HAZELSON LLP. Mr. Deb Barma has 20+ years of experience in the corporate world, having worked with the Fortune 500 companies all over this planet, as a Business Transformation and Information Technology Consultant. He was observing over many years, the slow economic transformation of the North-Eastern region of India, despite having abundant natural resources and talented human capital. He saw tremendous opportunities to tap the resources of the region to grow exponentially for any company. With that, Mr. Deb Barma started exploring the suitability of various growth sectors that would provide enough fuel to take any small company off the ground quickly and profitably. He identified the following areas that should be focused on:

Hence, finally in Year 2019, Mr. Deb Barma took the formal and final step to incorporate the Firm HAZELSON LLP at AGARTALA, TRIPURA, INDIA and so was born HAZELSON LLP and started the successful journey of our beloved Firm.
